For access to your voicemail box, use the following methods:

*97 - Log in to your voicemail from your own extension.
*98 - Log in to the voicemail system from any extension. You will be prompted to enter your extension and password.
Dial your DID and during your voicemail greeting, press the * key on your phone. You will be prompted for your password.

Options For Your Voicemail

When you log in to voicemail, you will be presented with your Inbox folder, containing new voicemail messages. Your options are:

Press 1 for your old or saved messages. If you have new messages, this will play new messages.
- While listening to a messaged:
- Press 3 for Advanced Options
  - Advanced Options are:
  - Press 1 to send a reply
  - Press 2 to call the person back, if they opted to leave a callback number
  - Press 3 to play the message envelope
  - Press * to return to the main menu
- Press 4 to play the previous message
- Press 5 to repeat the current message
- Press 6 to play the next message
- Press 7 to delete the current message
- Press 8 to forward the message to another mailbox
- Press 9 to save the message in a folder
- Press * for help or to rewind while listening to a message
- Press # to exit or to fast forward while listening to a message
Press 2 to change folders
Press 3 for advanced options (this feature is empty if you are not playing a message)
Press 0 for Mailbox options

- Press 1 to record your Unavailable Message
- Press 2 to record your Busy Message
- Press 3 to record your name
- Press 4 to record a Temporary Greeting
- Press 5 to change your voicemail password
- Press * to return to the main menu
Press * for Help
Press # to exit
